You, as the client, are able to display my work on external sites as long as credit is visible and linked back to me.

You, as the client, can not claim my work as your own.

You, the client, can use the final artwork to your personal liking. Examples include avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

You, the client, may create physical reproductions of my work for personal use only.

You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

Artwork can not be traced over or used as a "base".

My work can not be used for any NFT projects, or NFT related projects.

As the artist, I will be able to use your finished work to post in my account for any reason.

As the artist, I reserve the right to decline any incoming commission or client for any reason.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon. In the case of a Public Commission, I may do whatever I wish with the art (eg. post it to other sites such as Instagram) but will give proper credit to you for ownership of the character’s design.

In the case of a commission, I will not claim the rights to a character design unless it was one of my own designs. Therefore I will not reuse/resell the Artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

Orders will be made through the ordering form I will provide below. Afterwards, you will get a reply from me to discuss your commission if needed, as well as confirming your slot.

Any emails you send must come in English. I am fluent in Spanish but do not want to risk miscommunication through text.

You are free to ask for WIPS after the first sketch, but please be patient I will get to you when I can.

Orders involving USD will only be taken via email, Robux orders can be dmed to me thru discord (Valentinosawce), Twitter, or email

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction

Will only accept USD via Paypal as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.

I need full payment upfront before I start any work, no exceptions.

Once payment is received, I will begin with sketching your order. (This sketch will be sent to you after finishing for review)

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

I will cover the Paypal fees as it is expected from the Artist per PayPal ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay.

Payment should be completed within 24 hours of the request for it. Otherwise I will reopen the slot.

I can only refund 100% of your payment before I start working on your sketch.

I will not provide a refund after the sketch is finalized and accepted by you.

As the artist, I reserve the right to give you a full refund should I decide to not continue with your commission, even after the sketch is finalized.

Payments will be made in full using game passes I will send you the link to my shop during confirmation.

Purchasing a game pass before i confirm your commission does not guarantee your slot.

Do not purchase a game pass until I confirm your commission request.

Because Robux takes a week to completely transfer, I will not refund any Robux after I begin working on the sketch.

You, as the client, pay the robux tax along with the regular price of your service of choice.

Payment should be confirmed within 24 hours of requesting it. Otherwise the slot will reopen.

I will try my best to respond as soon as I can, but at most give me 2-3 days to get back to commission requests

I can work with deadlines, however I require to be notified of this at least two weeks in advance of your deadline, and before I start any work.

I will work on commissions when I see fit best in my schedule and time

At most a commission should take me two weeks, however should there be any delay I will make sure to notify you, the client.

I am happy to provide WIPS when asked, however I will not tolerate harassment over my work speed.
